§1 Stored data content
If the contract is concluded directly between the guest and the host, only the personal data required for business processing will be stored in the contract between Ferienhaus Burkard and the respective booking guest. These are the guest's first name, last name and address, a telephone number and the email address.
If the booking is made via other portals such as Booking.com, the data protection declarations stored there apply.
§2 Storage location
The data listed in §1 is stored exclusively on the company computer as part of the respective contract. The backup is carried out on a separate company-owned server. Unless otherwise requested by the guest, the data will remain there for 5 years. The contract will then be deleted. If the guest wishes the data to be deleted earlier, this will be done immediately upon request, but at the earliest after fulfillment of the contract.
Data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
§3 Data security
The company computer and the server are protected by constantly updated security software (McAfee).
